It takes around 6 mintues to RC from Kwai Fong MTR you may ask the driver to stop at the bus stop next to RC otherwise the first station will be in Mei King.
btw I ref to the resident handbook there is two minibus routes woo:
88G - RC to Kwai Fong
88F - RC to Tsing Yi

these are light buses should not be too noisy. non-res. are mimimal as shuttle usually uses coupons.
