yesterday i go to roof top from floor 50th. woo!!! the view is super super nice!!

o個日我去睇完T6，48H，搭lift走o個陣有兩個agents陪住一對中年夫婦，想sell佢o地買，其中一個望住個price list然後話裝修示範單位(48H)要賣2.2M喎.

唔知佢o地d料堅唔堅o架......

但係尺價高左，只係因為成交的都是比較優質的單位。所以最近的成交價錢當然較高。

Yes ar....I went there last Sun and the agent told me it was 2.17 million....but does anyone know why Flat A with higher price gee??! I saw it from the list the agent was holding.....

我今日問過發展商2個單位價錢請看如下

6座46H - 2.16m
6座38H - 1.96m

請問 a 單位的朋友仔你們覺唔覺得 T/6 48H 個 UNIT 好似大過A UNIT 呀???

should be the same but higher floor will be larger than lower floor because of thinner wall.
