Today my flat (A) is inspected by MR Yim ar he said my flat is the fourth flat that he inspected so far. The overall standard of RC is not quite bad ie. the window 膠 is put prpoerty should not easily have 漻水的問題...there are surely many small problems but not big problems law. So happy my flat hasn't 空心牆 or 去水問題.
As 45B i have ALL the defects she said. Some additonal defects found in my flat tim ga you may note in your flat then.
1. the main door has holes or 花痕
2. Door Bell's out of order
3. All kitchen and toilet' 磚 has 花痕
4. Toilet - 洗臉盆&坐廁 is install 得唔實
5. Kitchen - one hanging part is loose fridge is not flatly placed

45B the small rooms 個'粒'位 is actually coz of you are at 45/F Whampao should have told you when you bought the flat. There is the additional area (without charge ga!!) for flat over 40/F coz the wall's thickness is less ma. This is a bonus I am considering to place a 書架 over there.
but there is really a problem that i don't how to settle there is a big 橫陣. it is almost 7" (w) x 12" (h) in big and small room.. 橫樑壓頂 !! :!:作者: 45B 時間: 2004-4-4 18:49:46

I remember the 粒'位 is around 4" i think you can consider to tailor made a 10" or 12" 入牆書架 (the 書架's depth is equal to the window edge) it look not bulky will not block the view outside the window but function.

there is the same problem in my flat my uncle said it is not new issue for high floor (other sites has the same problem woo). coz developer always reuse the 夾版 of low floor. after reuse and reuse the board will not in regular shape....so wall become斜 woo.
