I called hotline again today the receptionist said letter will be sent by office by the end of March. If could get key in mid of April it's time to get letter we still need to Lawer office to settle payment and finish deal procedure..............

Last week the recognised agent told me Hutchison Whampoa told him that we can received our flat starting from 10 Apr 04.

I hope we can received the letter on or before early of Apr.

問題係...六七月打風季節，裝修的話...不太好。(油漆難乾、窗檯有機入水)

另外如果信風水的可參考...聽聞舊曆67月不宜搬遷 (即新曆7月16日開始兩個月不利搬遷 ). 這是我的親戚講的我的auntie 以前好有$ 兩次在舊曆6/7月搬衰到而家..賣晒d物業搬回間公屋住...雖然唔科學我都會記住...

(因事隔差唔多兩個月唔知有冇記錯)
佢話業主收左鎖匙之後要比佢地，一至兩個月之後就會整好晒d野比業主...
咁我即刻問...點解要兩個月咁耐啦
(因為連鎖匙比佢...兩個月喎...點知會向間屋做d咩)...
佢回答話因為好多業主做傢私喎所以要咁耐...

今日又打去和黃問個女仔話已寄信了. 好心急想知有冇人已收信啦!

收信後2星期內要上律師樓簽收...驗樓...

目前都未有現樓睇! 不過華人行明天要關啦! 想睇多次要趁早.

Yes. Letter is the formal notification. Phone call is to avoid confusing in case letter is delayed.
