My flat is Flat F Block 3 at upper floor. I brought it at 1.55m at Oct03. Can I rearch 1.8M now?
My freind brought 愉景新去城at Aug03 at 1.75m and the current price at 2.6m.
It seems that our fprice raise up quite slow than nearby estate.Maybe we still have some 貨尾. Hope it will raise up the price faster after we move in and all flat sold out soon.

I think they are cheating you. My house has similiar condition like you T5 low level full poor view. 我放盤 already one month at $2850(1.95million). No reply at all.
I think the selling point of RC is not strong enough. Also Hutchsion still have several unit still have to sell. Agent will only introduce these flat first.

Just some comments on the calculations.
Over the 3 years depreciation should be considered. If future value is 5Mil 按每年10% depreciation 計算 then present value should be increased by 10% per year that is $6858710.56. Grassman you are so generous!
Considering you will still rent the flat for 3 years and monthly rental ~=$20000 x 36 (you know it worths) = $720000. One will got extra income which is more than 10%! wow!
