Facts noted
(1) Toilet doors of 3 rooms unit are not 趟門. (just a normal door i.e. swing)
(2) 百頁" of toilet door is solid
(3) High risk - Kitchen Cabinet "door" very difficult to open may not be closed "completely"
(4) Lobby's reddish brown tiles is actually made of glass with painting at the back and backed by wooden/fiber board.

I cannot open those album this morning.  All the albums have been blocked.  I try to investigate the problem.  I find that the problem may be due to the Yahoo HK Photo Server.

I also have a yahoo account which is registered under yahoo.com not yahoo.com.hk.  I also share my photo in yahoo.com but I never have such problem.

Next time try to register under yahoo.com instead of Yahoo Hong Kong.

Can you try to register in yahoo.com by using another user name (cannot use the same name as the one in yahoo HK) and then uploading the photos again.

I want to see whether my finding is right.........Thank You.

If the 百頁 is solid how air can flow through? It should be some slices on the door to allow air flow through.. em......

Also do you mean ALL toilor door for 3-bedroom flat are swing type? Or only the one in master room.

百頁 is solid. Not sure the ventilation flow issue. Fyi the ventilation duct of the fan is connecting to kitchen the "square one" in the picture.

2.) 同1個folder又見倒個廳果部冷氣在個toilet門既 "左邊" 呢個係咩單位size黎架 (好似冇咩見過噤擺既 :?: )

(1) Flat D/E both toilet doors are 推門. Other one toilet only unit will have 趟門.

(2) The photo is taken at flat D master room. Flat E will be mirror of Flat D i.e. a.c. is at the right hand size.

(3) It is the master room of Flat D/E. 試範單位 moved the toilet door to the middle and put a big cabinet next to the door. The 凹位 is not shown. HWL staff already explained to me.

Thanks for your clarification.

The vantilation fan is to suck the air out of the toilet. In-take air is needed to complete the entire flow. Normally toilet without window requires 百頁. But if the entire door is solid.... It must be some other method for air in-take.

The type of toilet door has been discussed somewhere (forgot the topic). I though it was "hallow" too. The fact is it is solid as seen on site.

As the information I got the mechnical ventilation producing 5 air changes per hour is provided to all internal bathrooms.

Any our professional neighbour can tell me is that good enough?

3.) 至於furniture方面就會顧左"傢俬套餐"既業主先 (佢話係因為佢地已經1早俾晒$ 唔計加$既數噤做生意好應該要跟先後次序 :em11: ) 而其他如果依家想散買佢地既傢俬既業主就會跟住 "傢俬套餐"後黎送貨喎 (言詞間都隱約聽得出佢好顧班 "傢俬套餐"既業主亦好想做其他冇join到套餐既rc walk in客講真佢既態度禁好我都好想俾生意佢做 so遲下都會睇睇既)

Hi Yen

Thanks for your info. I didn't join the furniture plan as known a "master" of decoration and furniture and satisfy with his craft.

As spending too much time on waiting the lift we focused on taking photo on our own flat only then goto the swimming pool. The progress of the other units are quite similar.

(1) Starting  the installation of cabinet sink mirror...  in the kitchen
(2) starting the installation of "Mirror cabinet" in the bathroom
(3) 用料 is OK comparing to the price.
(4) 牆身線牆身角 and 牆角平直 at least I'm satisfy.
(5) 批灰 seems not satisfy and maybe not yet completed and hope it'd would be better after painting.
(6) 窗邊沒有水漬
(7) I don't like the 地腳線  (it looks like 天花線) It is too "narrow" and the craft is not satisfy. 腳線與地台接口有隙  and 搞腳線時有異響 at some area. Will consider to replace it.
(8) 地磚 looks good and seems 平 No time to check detail such as 空心 problem. 6 out of 8 units on the same floor are using  地磚 1 is using 木地板.  All 舖ed and 1 has nothing (自己舖?) As there is protection on the 木地板 cannot check the craft. Have picked up a piece of 木地板 and included in my photos. It is a piece of "soild wood" with treatment on the surface.
(9) The overhead cabinet inside the kitchen (over the sink) is too tight my wife cannot open it. One of the door cannot close completely
(10) 門框外 at lobby side is using the same material of the main door. My flat is already 小小刮花 as this part is no protection
(11) Flat D/E outside light is enough (at around 1:00pm) (no flash is used for the photos) but the bathroom and kitchen

I'd give it 60 marks and hope it is better after complete.

May I ask for one question I find that a TV oultet is located at the high ceiling level Is this TV outlet alreay relocated to the lower level at somewhere by the worker.

As I saw flat D/E TV outlets are closed to the floor. Not remember which flat is at the high level. I think it depends on your tower and flat. B/C T1 L6-L16 T1 L17-39 and T1 L40-50 and T2-T6 L6-50 will have different floor plan i.e. 3 type floor plan for B/C. So as Flat F/G is T6 L6-39 is different from the other F/G. Those outlet location may be different.

My wife's colleaque know the guys working in RC site. So he helped to arrange an escort to me and my wife. We have planed for a long time ago but he is too busy and therefore postponed to yesterday. :mrgreen:

The swimming pool is quite difficult to access. We went down from the unit to L2 by lift and then upstairs to L3 and then passed through some area which is flooding with waste water. 8) The swimming pool really looks good

It is quite narrow at some area e.g. at the bridge. I'd treat it as three smaller pools joined together.

N&M Thank you very much. We can see all album now. My finding of using Yahoo Photo is true. Regarding the gipalbum I am still looking for some way to share with public.

Anyway you photos is excellant. Can you tell me how to get into the work site? I want to be there also? how?

Happy you guys like the photos.
We know some guys working in RC site. So we can drive car into the car park  :mrgreen: . This visit was planned long time ago. Please take care if you want to get into the site. Interior safety is OK (mind your feet). Outdoor situation is more complicated. There is some water drops from the top :em03: . Take precaution.
