基本上可參考中原index2003年6月約32依家3939over32=1.219
1.219乘買入價=依家二手價但是影響價錢有多方面例如:方向樓層view
其實大家有否留意依家市場價格元朗都要2400-2500青衣點都方便過佢
依家仲有百多個貨尾我估2個月後賣完89月價錢會好些大家無須依家賣
