▲ 美聯歐子軒表示，青衣藍澄灣錄得兩宗獲利個案，兩個單位均位於 1 座中層 H 室，同為 638 呎，其中一個以 145 萬元易手，原業主 02 年中以 126 萬元買入，獲利 19 萬元；另一個以 140 萬元轉售，原業主 02 年購入價 122 萬元，賺 18 萬元。

Assuming 20 floors difference 1 floor higher will cost 6k to 8k 1xth and 3xth floor may have $120k to 160k in difference. (within the same tower same flat and both don't have seaview) Then 3xth floor of your tower should be 1.67M to 1.71M.
Which Tower 我是誰 are? Are you on tower 3 too? Different towers may have some difference too.
