今日睇到新廣告提到：
1) 尚餘少量單位，慾購從速
2) 入伙在即 (並附有藍澄灣及酒店之現樓外觀圖)
3) 送3G電話予首10名買家

I went to the sales office this Tuesday. The agent told me that the big unit was left around 8 nos at the price of 2.7M and the small units over 2 M was around 15.

咁毎日都賣緊嫁麻有discrepancy 唔出奇剩係知得番好少單位同入伙在即就夠啦...^^
