Clarify the Sales and purchare contract is before June 5 2004 but the booklet from Hucthsion is mid of April which is not legal doc.

Vanessa lawer told me before June 5 flat owner should get key otherwise owner should ask Huchsion to compensate or return the flat to them.

I think end of May all owner will key keys....

應該係5/6/05係lawyer tell me的如果唔係發展商要賠錢。
lawyer also tell me rc已經出左入伙紙只欠政府批的滿意紙就可以收樓la。其實發展商都想我地快d收樓因為佢可以快D收$ ma 。

i just contact them today
they said arround the end of april
and will start from the upper floor first then is lower floor
