Unit C 30/F not sure which block but for sure no sea view... so there is insufficient info to conclude the price has risen or not.  For detail see:

then the price is just $2037 per feet...  ($130 / 638 feet)

The price is going up an agent asked me to release my before Lunar at 1.65M but I rejected the request. Because of I can’t to order a new flat with the price.

In West Kowloon a site next to the “BIG Hotel” the unit rate reached at $3100/ft (min) with a net rate at 70%. Now we have over 80%.

Recently much positive information and activated actions from buyer all of this are showing we get the right chose.

The minimum cost for building a flat is HK$1200-1500/ft (hardware only) calculate with land cost management and profit I believe each feet should be $2600 at minimum. We got the RIGHT.

Remember it we bought RC during SARS so have the offer.

is it 1.65M the market price? which flat do you buy? i want to know the market price of my flat only. mine is flat B

between 30/F and 40/F how about your side.

As just a lit 2-room available in the market so that after move-in (coming April) the price will increase something.
