未有消息幾時有得租. btw 應不可在玄關走廊造假天花因為有喉管... 另外在房/廳造面積大會幾貴不如造吊櫃...

吊櫃 always make on 走廊 but.. our 走廊 is on 廳 wor? if do it on 廳 everyone will find it it's ugly right?

做吊櫃可能只有靠廚房或廁所的牆才可. 其他的位置可能需要對冷氣或鮮風系統作改動. 而廳個廚房或廁所牆已經有冷氣再者係廳做個外觀可能... 所以只有係房做.

所以我選做地台. 原來外面d傢俬鋪幫人做係平過我個師傅好多外面太約7k-9k已經可以做到60呎大

去傢俬鋪可以睇到.

我會係房加光線同view應該都會幾好. 大約離房門2-3呎先做一級約4-6寸高然後再加一級大約6-8寸共約1呎多空間作儲物. 上面係工作台及按摩椅一張玻璃書桌可以透過台面穿過窗睇山景窗台變腳踏坐係度做野似坐係落地玻璃窗旁係前面一d壓力都冇只有廣闊既空間可以好relax完成未完成既工作可以好輕鬆咁坐係按摩椅聽聽音樂.

我今日都睇過都好特別好靚不過如果做要扑左兩房之間的牆
間睡房會大d工作環境都唔錯....
