i think so.. about 10% this year... but although it will be keep increasing i don't have plan to sell it now coz i can't buy a new flat in this price.

if淨賺30萬既我都會think下既 :roll: 重記得在我攪晒律師樓最初既手續之後有日冇端端有個 "美聯"既經紀打俾我問我有個客想出個價over我既樓價成25萬 :shock: 佢問我賣唔賣喎 (呢個經紀唔係跟開我層樓果個黎) 我問番佢轉頭 "點解我果個係低層單位又唔係900幾尺又淨係得個所謂開揚內園景咋喎都禁快有人出高過我買既樓價20幾萬黎同我買噤點解佢自己唔去同發展商買呢 :?: "果陣時重有我呢隻683'的單位頗多未賣出架喎 :?: " 依家想番都覺得自己回覆個經紀果陣幾攪笑架 :mrgreen: (當時佢聲都冇晒又答唔倒我係噤依依既既 haha好明顯係佢就噤打黎問我想唔想放o者 :em12: )

agree... as i go to central show room the current price is just increase 5-10%... so i think the agent is just lie... they only want to have the flat on hands ....
