和黃地產副董事總經理徐建東稱，藍澄灣乃年內本地銷情最快突破一千伙的新盤，至今已累積加價百分之五至六，套現逾二十三億，目前僅餘最後約一百五十伙，平均呎價二千七百元，由於剛取得入伙紙，樓花期亦縮短，故下月一日起將即供樓價折扣減至百分之二，並取消原等同樓價約百分之一的「好易供」優惠。

i read the whole page. it hasn't mention that we can take our flat earily. It just explain the reason of increase price
