hihihi!好耐冇見!
今日中原d人同我講3月收樓喎又話d車都搞點晒.而個泳池一定入o左建力士!

Sorry cannot fully agree. Just some of their agent can be trust. And also not all the information you can trust. Actually I think the date should be around April or May of next year.

And even though OP is issued u might still need to be scheduled by the solicitor(MKZ?) to sign for assignment/conveyance. It may take you 1 mth...

因工作關係我有同事到過 rc 地盤那裡的人說原本最早可以係十二月交樓不過現在大約要二月先得
