聽之前啲網友講，佢地話恆昌的職員好惡，同佢地爭論的話，成數不太高喎！如果多啲人去，可能效果好啲。如果能找到負責人和他們理論，可能會好些！

Why the price for changed bed modal from HKD1000 to HKD500.
Ms Ng get me HKD1000. Unfair.  Can we go to Consumer Committe or Constructor to complaint them?  On the other hands there is no choice for furniture package. If we changed to other style they add the price so higher than other company.  I think they cheat us.  They also get black face to us if we changed so much or ask to reduce the price.

Why we have to suffer this? Can we do something to flight them back.

I want to clarify one point. Why we need to pay all money immediately for the additonal charges. Since we still have not received or checked the furniture.  If the quality or style not fit to us how can we do. As they
already collected our money. On the other hands other company only request to deposit a little bit charges after we checked all furniture in order we have to pay full amount.

So stuipd for us.

未收貨就Full Payment，我都覺得不合理。
可否向和黃反映.
始終因為和黃我們才相信恒昌、找恒昌做傢俬。
如果自己揀，九成不會揀恒昌。

Can we organ a gathering to fight for this?  We must fright for this to protect our interest.  Right!!!!  I am not allowing this furniture co to chect the owner of RC...Who support me?  

But where is their location? wanchi which building and floor?

Your bed is 4.5"? If so it need to pay extra 1000 to change it........   
Total cost :arrow: 1000 (change to 油壓床) + $800 (4" :arrow: 4.5") = 1800
I think it's quite expensive......... :em06:

However other furniture co only add 800 also at the beginning Ms Ng
said changed without plus any cost.  All cheated.  Next why the choice is so limited differ from Ms Ng said before.   We RC guy not a 'fish meat'
for the un-trust merchandist to chop to pieces.  

We must re-union to get them colors.

今日我地係冇預約既情況下去睇傢俬..........一入到門口職員問有咩事.........我地話係藍澄灣睇傢俬佢就指左我地上去..........在3樓可以見到4款雙人床........想問多D資料佢地都唔係好想答..........又話我地有D買家簡傢俬簡到佢地飯都未開...........想出去買支水飲都唔得...........佢話呢度現貨好少款.........但預約左就有專人serve你.........咁佢有好多相比你簡..............

至於態度問題就見仁見智.........有位郭先生講野d態度唔可以話好..............不過佢真係可以比到意見你........

A staff of 恒昌 called Mr. Ma call me today.  I have made an appointment to select the furniture on 14 December 2003 at 11:00am at their Tuen Mun shop also.  How about you both?  

However I have a very bad BAD news to tell you.  He told me that they have changed the rules of this furniture plan SUBSEQUENTLY due to too many buyers in RC.  He said that we could only select those models from their available items only and could not change the design according to our own wills....... :em07: WHY?????????????????

I felt very angry  :evil:  becasue Ms. Ng told me that this plan allow us to change any design whatever we like when she persuade me to join this furniture plans.

I told him that if I could not select any items from their catalogs I would request to refund all deposit otherwise I will complain to the Consumer Council.  

Any one who to join me to fight for our RIGHT.

唔好意思，我可能唔太幫得手，因為我大部份燈都要，只有1盞木台燈無要到(價值$100)。其他方塊地毯．梳妝台連鏡及座椅．特色牆鏡飾板．睡房座椅$都同資料一樣(所以無提供)。另外扣減床頭櫃($300)，最終還要補回3千多結帳 :em01:

我都有收到電話話出屯門簡傢俬........不過我地要求去灣仔簡.........我地都收到話儘可能唔可以改.........但如果一家有2個小朋友需要張碌架床.......咁就可以改.........佢話唔想我地減呢樣減O個樣黎填數..............

I think we must cooperate immediately and arrange a meeting outside their office in wanchai or Tuen Mun. We should also print out all topic related to them as our evidences. Furthermore we must prepare a format complaint letter which is signed by as many owners of RC as possible.  

I think is this the better method.  I suggected in 13 Dec 2003.

Anyone agree with my plan.

因為傢俬選擇範圍有限，到最後大家屋企可能都幾相似。
會唔會入錯屋企 :em05: 或者交換屋企住都唔覺 :em17:

昨天我和沁藍老婆仔揀細房的時候我哋想將細房轉做書房我做左個L型的書櫃及衣櫃價錢係$3600但係問佢如果用全個窗台那邊做一張長書桌就要成$4500我當然無要啦.....大家如果去揀傢俬都係叫郭生幫你哋.....佢好似有禮貌一點....

(主要我哋呢個討論版佢哋都有睇!!!我哋都鬧得佢哋幾甘架..... :em13:  :em13: )

用一個大約五尺的書櫃和衣櫃背對背分開兩邊房
不過訂造到頂櫃就會貴得多. 因為分隔用的櫃應該有五尺.

呢個問題其實之前我訂呢個櫃既時候都有think過而且重問過個辨手續既 "恒昌工作人員"添呀佢話個門係同固定既房門1樣跟住個櫃既而且重係大家2邊相反方向開添呀 加上果陣佢地promot緊個價又抵喎我咪2日內辨手續law (其實我已經係最late order呢個櫃既買家黎架la "當時黎講"因為好多人會係1買rc之後就跟住上左樓上佢地個臨時登記counter度辨手續)我果陣幾worry趕唔切用888呢個價黎order呀lucky趕得倒咋 :mrgreen:  if u want呢個櫃既info.我可以將我現有既copy info. email to u.

因為我沒有訂套餐曾經問過恆昌單造個櫃點樣計.....職員話要逐尺計以683單位為例約要$15000....

我昨晚都去揀左傢俬 我冇乜野唔要 雖然都要加五千多 但以我要訂做既野黎講 價錢都合理....感覺都ok 未至於要同佢地撐羅!!

有d野就唔難揀 雖然唔太多款.... 有d野就.....揀又唔係 唔揀又唔抵!

其實佢地有晒"扣數"既表 應該唔會個個扣減既價唔同!

雖然話有晒price list但係我覺得佢地真係太d搵人著喇 扣既就減少少真係... :em05: 點都好喇大家都係想開開心心o者希望佢地唔好太過份喇 :em16:
