yes..not expensive
if only @2400...a small size flat only for $1531200.00 and with around $100000 refund then it is not expensive to buy
Expecially with the sea view <~~Day dreaming...haha

好似賣一個單位有3%佣...有一半俾公司...
即係agent收1.5%....如果agency自己唔要佣...30000蚊計
個單位都有200萬.......=.=
換句話說...個單位唔止200萬.....@@

但係2m買一個無敵維港景就好抵呀..........^^

no good in watching the Harbour
becoz you need to see many things you don't want before seeing the Harbour.

I bought Mountain side ja.
