各位近排有無看有線電視樓盤傳真，它有個新環節教人驗樓，我覺得幾有用！
我已經問左有線那個教人驗樓的專家的聯絡方法：

以下只係一個example 係我朋友大概話比我知佢公價係收開乜:
$1.8 x 建築面積如以683呎為例即大概$1229 不過佢話一定有discount比我地至於discount幾多就示乎我地多唔多人一齊做當然越多就可以再平d啦....所以應該唔駛呢個數 :mrgreen:

今天我有一個工程界之朋友介紹了一個前房署屋宇顧問督察，他是房署委任之驗樓工程督察，他有時間可幫忙，我朋友說他非常詳情。

其次，我的工程界朋友還提醒了我一些驗樓重點：
1. 必須在發展商補漏後複驗；
2. 必須檢驗全屋之窗口有否漏水；
3. 牆壁和油漆中間有否空氣；

他還說如果想要更換冷氣機位置和它的管道和電線，你們必須小心牆壁結構，例如，防水層。

有沒有人問過詹生有關驗樓詳情，會否包括以上重點呢！！.........

I believe that a professional building inspection can help us to the following:
1.  Find out all defeats in the flat especially for those fatal defects.
2.  Provide Professional advice whether we should report to developer.

But I still don't that whether he would provide re-inspection service after the correction.  Anyway I will call him again in 2004.

I have directly contact him this afternoon but he was quite busy so I leave my mobile to him.  After an hour his assistant Ms. See called me.  I have asked her the price.  I set out below the price she told me:-

Price:
1st inspection  -  HK$1.8 per sq feet
2nd inspection - HK$0.9 per sq fee
(But she said that normally most of the people do not require the 2nd inspection because Mr. Tsim would inform you everythings which we should pay attention in the 1st inspection.)

Discount:
Between 10 flats and 24 flats  -  10% discount
For 25 flats or more - 15% Discount.

Miss. See prefered us to give her the following details:
- Name
- Phone no.
- Tower Floor and Flat
- E-mail (for sending out coupon)

Ms. See also told me that there are already 10 person registered with her (including me).  Up to Now only 7 members have given their details to me.  I want to have more member to join the inspection to get a BIG BIG Discount.......... :em19:

H&H I want your help now....... :em14: ... Is there any function in this website to send a pm to a group of member who are interested in the inspection to request them to send the above details to me.  So that I can prepare a complete list.

係比業主們有一個私人少少既地方去討論
首先要 pm 比 fanstar or wychan 一啲資料 e.g. 臨時合約 number
