Hi everybody

May I know who has received cash rebate from Centraline or do you know when?

I contacted my agent who told me that he has not received commission from his company.

Please advise.

通常要等三個月，因為地產商要成交後三個月才過”錢”給經紀公司。 :wink: 如果閤下成交完成不久的話，就無咁快，等等吧！ :roll:

我中原個agent上個月主動打黎話會計部開始搞緊話應該十月中或十月尾喎...不過我到而家都未收到...hehe....

我都想呀but睇番之前大家既討論全部都係sign. contract之前傾好既so而家咩都做晒淨係未囉keys咋喎 i think應該冇得囉番架la 況且我個agent唔係中原黎係美聯呀... :em01: 真係bad luch la :em06:

It is not secure to get the confirmation verbally. If you get the rebate your met a good agent... :roll:
I got the written confirmation! But uptill now I have not received the rebate yet.

But I signed the S&

in Mid-June. Why it takes so long (approx 4 mths la :em13: )? I feel that the chance of getting back the money is low although I have written agreement with the co.
