請問如果做轉按,有咩要注意和有什麼雜費!

RC要買火險嗎?

如果轉按為了想減息,不如寫封信去bank提出要求重好.

RC 管理統一為屋苑買左火險, 唔使另外買
去管理處叫佢俾封信你拎俾銀行証明就可以了, 但記住要自己買第三者保險+家居保

可以要求下減息, 銀行唔制, 就搞轉按

There are some points for considering of re-mortgage:
1) Interest rate
2) Cash rebate
3) Penalty period
4) Legal fee (because you will need to pay 2 times - one for discharge and one for new mortgage). Usually, the main difference will be the legal fee.

1. New interest rate will be P-2.75  -> New offer P-3.
2. Cast rebate:  Not remember very clear, seems 0.06%
3. Penalty period: Passed.
4. Legal fee: How much in avg.?
