It is not my air-conditioner problem. I have consulted my friend who specializes in building service. It is the RC design problem. All master room's air-conditioner is connecting to a centralized rain pipe for dewatering. (The rain pipe is located in between two washrooms' wall.)
I am living in low level floor. When the weather is in heavy rain the rain mixed with the air-conditioner water will dewater from the roof to the low level. If the lowest level floor and rain pipe have some dusts rubbish etc. the rain pipe will not dewater smoothly. Then excess water will leak from my air-conditioner.
I have contacted the management office many times (about one month)for the problem. Finally they promoise to fix it on coming Friday 11 Jul (in case the weather is fine). For security issue I request them to take some photos and give me a report after fixing the rain pipe problem.作者: Jeffrey Shirley 時間: 2008-7-9 01:38:36
