Send 唔到 email 出去，救命？

:em14: 我用netvigator account 喺Outlook express 可以收 email 但唔可以 send 出去 can anyone tell me why???
(我唔想次次send email 要轉撥號連線 又要restart部機，又重新做setting咁煩) :em14:

Setting 係:  Pop3: pop.netvigator.com (in coming server)
                SMTP: mail.netvigator.com  (outgoing server)
            Login ID: xxx@netvigator.com
            就咁插線用Powercom上網

打去 Powercom 問 佢話應該send 得嘅 叫我将 SMTP 改倣 : mail02.hgcbroadband.com

改咗後再試都唔得 佢仲話我個 outlook 有問题 叫我剷個 outlook再裝。
但我用另一部Notebook 試都唔得。

試咗的outcome 係: "Sorry yr request is denied due to receipent (xxx@ddd.com)is not permitted to accept email"(大致意思係咁) :?:

請問係咪一定要用 HGC 嗰email login-ID打落outlook先可以send email??? :?:

仲有，每次收完email後 Outlook 嗰setting 都会自動改咗如下:

pop3 就變咗 : LocalHost
SMTP 就 冇變
帳户名稱 就:  xxx / pop.netvigator.com <--原本冇嘅
密碼冇變

Netvigator blocked smtp outgoing from all Non-netvigator ip.
i.e. You can only send email either by dial-up or connect thru netvigator adsl broadband. It wants to block SPAM mail.

如果你係RC用就要用hgcbroadband個smtp server.你只要係個電郵地址打番netvigator個email address其他人回信俾你一樣可以send番去netvigator度.不過hgcbroadband個server name我就唔記得左 :oops: . 我個單位果時未裝netvigator都係咁做.

小弟才疏學淺如有講錯請多多包涵 :em14:

用telnet 試過corpmail1.netvigator.com 個 port 25 好似是HGC個firewall block o左. (試過幾個自己的smtp都block o左)

睇怕你要用HGC個SMTP Server.

好彩我用VPN返公司所以無事.
