請問有無人知G單位客廳與主人房窗台上之間個幅小牆扑唔扑得? 我個裝修師傅話唔係結構牆可以扑我想問問

我地諗住擴大個廳空間 所以要扑扑扑!!! 我裝修前問過管理處 佢地話although it is not 結構牆 it affect the outlook of the whole building so CANNOT dismantle woo.

真係岩feel 甘你係咪已經扑左啦?? :lol: 管理處... This is only a partition wall will not affect the structural issue of the building.
But we need to remember (Touchwood:n case we need to sell the flat bank will check whether you have amend the flats from the original design). If so the value of the flat maybe affected it depends on your bank's final decision. 管理處...
