Same here, extremely slow, cannot play youtube, apple daily video and any other streaming videos/musics.  Just called Hutchison broadband, they said they will follow up and call me tomorrow :(

今日hutchison打俾我, 我話我唔0係屋企, 佢叫我今晚0係屋企再打上去.
花左我30分鐘再打上佢hotline, 又唔通, 自動transfer左去收費broadband個support hotline, 佢又話唔關佢事, 又叫我留電話...... :@
